Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and tidy. Breakfast is ok but not really 4*. Bedroom is comfortable, bathroom is not equipped with all the amenities that you would expect from a 4* hotel. Kitchenet is tired. The hotel should not charge for use of room safe. Overall hotel is comfortable but not a 4* hotel. Hot fod was a little disappointing. an egg cooking station would have been nice. The Sauna and Steam room were not working and lockers and showers needed to bee replaced.

Except the misunderstanding in the package (5 days and not 5 nights but only 4 nights), the service was good and the location perfect for us.
