Gran Canaria is proud to be home to the oldest golf club in Spain, inaugurated in 1891. The golf course is located alongside the crater of an old volcano, demonstrating Gran Canaria’s volcanic origins, and it boasts amazing views of the summit, the sea and its spectacular, deep ravines.
Lying in the crater of an extinct volcano, this picturesque layout is suited to all levels of golfer. The panoramic views provide as much entertainment as the golf course, although you don’t want to lose your concentration or you may find your next shot will be looking to get back onto the fairway. With its positioning in the lusher north side of the island, you always know its going to be in great condition.
It is a relatively short golf course with narrow straights, small greens and deep ravines throughout.

Made to feel very welcome at this beautiful course which is very different to the courses down south
Not long but very tricky and many up hill greens

Fantastic park style golf course, fairways perfect, greens as well, but very fast. Service excellent.

Very slow round of golf and few areas where crossing of fairways seem bit dangerous.

Very nice well-kept course with fast greens. Play was just over four hours due to a slower moving group in front of us. Paired with a gentleman who lived on the island and was English speaking, so we enjoyed our play together. Want to send special thanks to Raquel Correia, Senior Golf Specialist for TeeTimes.pt for all her help and advice. Muchas Gracias, Raquel

Attractive course but because very small area of land so holes jammed together often driving across the top of a previous green .Fairways very narrow .
Not geared up for visitors mainly for members ...eg most staff do not speak english ....yes I know we should speak spanish but we dont .No buggies with GPS and rangefinding . No course maps more than 3 inches by 3 inches and with no real dimensions . Staff rather flat at welcome but perfectly civil ..again shows lack of visitors . Course well maintained and pretty . Clubhouse old and elegant .
