Booking with yourselves was really easy. The course was great, first time playing it, reasonably good condition considering the weather over the past few days, but really enjoyed it. Pace of play was terrible, waiting on every shot unfortunately, but other than that, we really enjoyed it.

This is a beautiful course, great customer service at check in, the caddies were very helpful with buggies and directions. The starter was polite and informative. Course was in good condition not withstanding the ongoing access improvement works. The whole experience was somewhat diminished by the fact that we were accompanied on 14 out of 18 holes by mowers, grass blowers and bunker raking machinery. They seemed to move with us from hole to hole and we played against the continuous backdrop of agronomy activities. I get that this work has to be done and you might encounter it on one or two holes but to have to for almost the entire round was, in my opinion, unacceptable and impacted the golfing experience. Not a cheap place to play so would think twice about playing here again given the on course experience.

It was realy busy and no marshall on the course . Flihts before us were very slow . So we had to sto playing golf one hole 15 . We also complained on the reception.

Really nice layout and fair course. Only fault was couldn't get our buggy till 15 mins before tee time.had to walk uphill to range with golf bags

The transfer to and from the golf course was excellent. The driver was on time for both hotel and golf course. 10/10
The staff were very friendly and we got our buggies early and to go to the driving range. 10/10
The course played well but one of our groups was told to hurry up by the ranger, they could not do so as they were held up by the group in front of them. It was not right to blame them. 9/10
We will be back again on our next trip.

Great course, haven't played it for a couple of years, but still a really good experience for 'reasonable' golfers (handicaps 11 - 18) Supporting facilities all good, especially the bar overlooking the course. Top tip, we only saw the beer buggy once on the front 9, so take plenty of water, it was 34 degrees the day we played. 40 mins from Vilamoura where we stayed, so don't play too early / later if you want to enjoy the nightlife!

Decent track, set out well in front of you. Very windy day which tricked up the back 9. Grass length was patchy on the course, greens ran well and true but didn’t look as good as they played. Overall not bad but there are better

The course layout is excellent and encompasses many challenging aspects of golf. The clubhouse is also excellent. However this course was rated 4th out of 5 ( Vila Sol was in last spot ) because of the lack maintenance. The greens were poor and inconsistent speeds due to the lack of cover in some places. With lots of TLC this could be a great course.

Un parcours de très bonne qualité, avec des greens parfaits, des départs et des fairways bien entretenus. La voiturette reste appréciable vu les liaisons assez longues. O’Connor reste plus ludique que Faldo qui demande de bonnes longueurs autant sur les mises en jeu que sur le fairways. Définitivement un site à découvrir lors d’un séjour dans la région. Situé à 30 minutes de Vilamoura ce site est très facile d’accès et le personnel sympathique. Merci à Teetimes (Marisa) pour son aide dans nos réservations. Joueurs 13 et 17.

Considering recent rains the course surfaces were good with just a few wet places. The bunkers had suffered and we're not good but that is understandable.

After playing the faldo course, which was in a bad shape und and had garbage left
everywhere, we were not looking forward to the o'connor. But it turned out to be much cleaner und better maintained. But also here we had to wait on every hole and ended up playing more than 5hrs, eventhough we played in the morning. It DOES NOT work out to send out a flight every 8min. It alwasys results in delays. Would not play there again.
