Bom Sucesso Golf Guardian
Bom Sucesso Golf Course starts with a great par 4 playing with drive to the right side of the fairway, avoiding the bunker to the left and the barrier of trees planted between 1 and 9 hole.The blow out the shot is slightly uphill for a second shot to the green with steeper slope. The green is on a higher plane relative to the fairway and the ball the majority of players will be short. However, there is compensation for the player with a blow too long, because the back of the green is a lot, stopping the balls and having the ability to roll these to the green.This is quite wide and wavy testing the quality of players in putt.

The staff are very friendly but the course needs more maintenance, definitely gone downhill since last time I played. Course is challenging and some great views but the greens were not the best. I will play again and hopefully the greens will be in better condition. The views are stunning though !

Very enjoyable, a good layout with excellent greens. However, the fairways were in poor condition, possibly because of recent adverse weather in the area.

We played this course about 7 years ago and to be honest it was in a terrible state but we gave it another go as reviews over the last 12 months seemed to have greatly improved.Whilst tees and fairways were not as good as Royal Obidos,the greens and bunkers were very good and for the price you pay it’s worth giving it a go if you are in the area and at just €53 a round it’s pretty good value.We didn’t use clubhouse but the staff we came across were polite and friendly.

The course is perfectly playable. Not the most pristine but then not the most expensive either -nice challenging course, very undulating so buggy essential I would suggest, bunkers a bit mixed with regards sand, but will definitely play again.

Definitely worth a trip for 2 closing holes. Not quite PDR or Westcliffs but great greens and views of the Obidos lagoon
