La Quinta Golf Course in Marbella, home of the Benahavís Senior Masters and the Spanish Ladies Open, these 27 holes designed by World Champion and Ryder Cup winner, Manuel Piñero make up three nine hole courses which blend into a natural landscape of exceptional beauty. This magnificent golf course is located in the Benahavís Golf Valley and is surrounded by mountains which make the area special as much for its climate as for its environment. The combination of the three golf courses gives the golfer a variety of playing possibilities, with the option of playing the three golf courses in one, the combination of A and B being the tournament course. The A course, San Pedro, is an open course with wide fairways which invite the use of fairway woods and long irons. The B course, Ronda, is a fabulous golf course with narrow fairways and technical greens. The C course, Gaudaiza, with the remodelling of a few years ago now feels much like A course, where the player must use a complete range of shots making it a very enjoyable course. La Quinta Golf Club is home to the European Senior Tour.
Real de la Quinta, located in Marbella, has begun work on the exclusive El Lago Club, a facility that by the end of 2025 will have the largest residential leisure offer on the Costa del Sol.
The Lago Club will have a restaurant area operated by the renowned Azotea Group, a health & wellness area run by Le Max Club, a lake with a beach where a multitude of recreational activities can be carried out, and a golf course.
The golf course, which was designed by two-time golf world champion Manuel Piñero, is now being built, and Target Ingenieros is in charge of carrying out the project execution and directing the work. There will also be a short game area and a long game section included in the golfing facilities.
The complex is designed under strict quality standards, relying on the certificate under the sustainability scheme BREEAM Urbanismo.
El Lago Club will be a reality within a little over two years, joining the four urban developments that, at that close, will make up Real de La Quinta (Olivos, Quercus, Palmitos and Sabinas).

Starter was excellent, guiding us to course B to start our round. No one in front. Beautiful 9 holes. Course A then followed and some fairways were bereft of grass. A lovely round none the less

Really a superb course. It´s difficult and a buggy is very useful. We loved it and will come back, even it´s not cheap.
