Estela Golf Club was part of our golf week in Northern Portugal. We have played a lot on Praia del Rey Golf Course in previous years but Estela can certainly compete with the holes on the sea side of Praia Del Rey! The golf course is beautifully situated and well maintained. The clubhouse is very nice with a lovely terrace and beautiful views. We played the course on 2 different days, once with almost no wind and once with a wind force 4/5 and had two completely different experiences! Without wind the course is challenging but easy to do, but with a strong breeze the course is extremely difficult to play!

Very challenging course with strong winds affecting distances. Everything was kept in very good condition. Greens and approaches were excellent, the fairways were quite narrow but straight shots were awarded. We would definitely recommend this course.

Estela was in excellent condition especially the greens. We dropped lucky and had dry days on both occasions that we played here. Would definitely recommend

The golf course is well maintained. It was an overall good experience but I have to admit that it was challenging due to the strong wind and poor visibility on some holes.

Wow! What a golf course. A true links and very challenging. No weak holes. Excellent condition (albeit very windy when we played). The Club made us feel most welcome. Very friendly staff.
