Costa de Azahar, new member of the Association of Golf Courses of the Costa Blanca and the Valencian Community
At its annual general meeting, which took place on April 4 at the Ifach Golf Club, the Association of Golf Courses of the Costa Blanca and the Valencian Community (ACGCBCV) formally admitted the Costa de Azahar Golf Club as a new affiliated golf course; whose accession was ratified unanimously.
The Costa de Azahar Golf Club features a nine-hole golf course and multiple tennis courts in a picturesque setting surrounded by pine woods. It has an unbeatable location that enables people to play golf in the middle of a very touristic region, just 50 metres from the Grao de Castellón beach.
Under Salvador Lucas' presidency, the ACGCBCV doubled the number of associated golf courses and has grown from zero to almost 60 hotels, accommodation companies, collaborators, recommended suppliers, and sponsors in 7 years.
After 30 years of defending the golf industry and promoting the Costa Blanca and Valencian Community in the most important golf tourism markets, the ACGCBCV is now a reference in Spain and Europe.
