A very difficult course to review. Location, layout and design all very good. The greens however are nearly unplayable. Whilst they are in good condition, they are VERY fast and often quite undulating. Most times one is 3 or 4 putting each green, and I am usually a good putter! On occasions, a putt 3 foot above the hole ended up in the water 5 - 10 meters off the front of the green. I played this course when it first opened and the greens were super fast then. This seems a silly thing to allow on a resort course as it spoils the round, in my opinion. For this reason alone I would not be in a hurry to go back as Adeje and Buena Vista are just as stunning to play and have sensible greens.

Excellent course and service. Apart from 2 holes where they have moved the tees forward to make 2 very short holes the layout is superb. The greens are excellent and near professional speed. Very tricky with the grain.

Can't fault the course (the greens were the fastest I can remember). They need to provide marshalling on the course. We were held up for almost the entire round by the group ahead even after asking to be let through. There were no groups in front of them. Also, customer service on arrival and the range could have been more welcoming.

Excellent Course, made very welcome when we arrived although the member of staff who took our breakfast order was a bit abrupt and when we got to the first tee there was no starter to see us off. Apart from that we had a great day & enjoyed the course.

Abama was in fantastic condition today ( 9/5/25). A very difficult course , due to a lot of uphill approach shots and extremely tricky greens which frequently repel decent shots . I think one would score much better second time round.

Mostly an excellent course with beautiful views. Only one weak hole and that’s the 8th which has been changed from a par 4 to a par 3, presumably to stop people driving over, or hooking into, the tennis courts; top netting the courts would be a better solution! Other than the 8th a very enjoyable course to play; if a little over priced! Staff were friendly and helpful.

Exceptional course. Excellent condition. The course was immaculate. Greens were fast. Lots of elevated tee boxes and greens. Stunning views. All the staff I encountered were professional and friendly. Streets ahead of the other courses in the area and well worth the higher green fee. Will be back.

Fantastic golf course with the most amazing vista - in great nick Very disappointing that two of the holes have been curtailed from Par 4’s to Par 3’s particularly the stroke index 1 hole which is normally amazing but has been reduced to a pitch & putt hole! This should be mentioned to people booking the course with a reduction in fees until they fix the issue.
